A CTO alert means holders relaunched a project the deployer abandoned.
Deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on Robinhood Chain. Rug Chapel collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.
As a rule, project signals show what the people behind a token are doing: paying for promotion, updating links, relaunching or moving supply. Rug Chapel follows CTO on Robinhood Chain for those actions.
First look: Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended. Confirm new social links point to accounts with real history, not accounts created that day.

- The address that deployed the token; its holdings and sells matter.
- LP burn
- Destroying the pool's LP tokens so liquidity cannot be withdrawn by the creator.
- Freeze authority
- The right to freeze token accounts; if active, your tokens can be locked.
- Bundle
- A group of wallets that buy in the same block at launch, often controlled by one party.

Rug Chapel does not show every CTO alert. It applies one fixed screen, and the live board above uses the same rule:
- market cap at least $50.0K
- at least 100 holders
- top-10 wallets holding at most 25 %
In the 48 most recent lane alerts at build time (about 20 hours), 10 passed this screen. The passing group sat at a median $101.1K cap with $28.5K in the pool and roughly 497 holders. Thin pools were common: 2 of 48 had less than 10 % of their cap in liquidity. The median top-10 holder share across the lane was 22 %.
